I graduated with an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and a law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Alabama.
I have been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 1989. When I first became licensed, I worked for the State of Florida. I entered into private practice in 1992. I have been in private practice working for myself since 1992 and exclusively practicing in the area of criminal defense.
I am licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Florida. I am also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District Court of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I am a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I have represented persons in all manner of crimes.
